it's first time buyer, all reviews said high thumb up.... I got it now and ,I put on my ankle as soon as delivered , so comfortable%26 secured, can't get out from my ankles. But wishful thinking, need be .5 pounds heavier even better, I'm learning. I recommend others this wonderful product.
